The present application has been filed seeking restoration of the present petition which was dismissed in default on 19.12.2025. The notice in the application was issued.

Mr. Sumit Goswami, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that an affidavit of service has been placed on record and all the three respondents have been served dasti. Even the report of the Registry shows that all the respondents have been served through e-mail.
