The petition is for the following reliefs:

“ a) Issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the in favour of the Petitioner directing the Respondent Authority to decide the application/representation of the Petitioner dated 30.10.2025 within 4 weeks and pass a speaking order, while deciding the representation of the Petitioner and afford an in -personal hearing before deciding the representation of the Petitioner.

b) Any other order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in light of present fats and circumstances .”

Ms. Maneesha Dhir, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent-Authority is open to decide the petitioner’s pending representation after affording opportunity of hearing.

(ii) On petitioner’s appearance, let he be extended the opportunity of hearing, and, thereafter, an appropriate reasoned order be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks, thereafter.

(iii) All rights and contentions are left open.
