The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to decide the petitioner’s application for the regularisation of property bearing No. 154/1&155 (Property N0.24), Village Tajpur, Badarpur, New Delhi .

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that the said regularisation application has already been refused by the respondent/MCD on 7^th November, 2025.

Copy of the refusal order has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. A copy thereof has been handed over in Court as well.
