Delhi High Court (Manoj Kumar Ohri, J.), order dated 14.05.2026 — W.P.(C) 7224/2018 (Raazmattaz (since closed), through Chander Sawhney, ex-proprietor v. Shri Ram Dular) alongwith CM APPL. 32570/2026: The Court took on record a Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026 arrived at before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, under which the petitioner agreed (Clause 7(a)) to pay Rs.3,75,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims arising out of an Award dated 29.05.2018 and of the workman's gratuity claim instituted before the Controlling Authority. Of this, Rs.87,000/- lying with the Registry of the Court had already been received by the respondent pursuant to the last order, and the balance Rs.2,88,000/- was to be handed over by bank instrument to the respondent within two days. The Court directed that, subject to the petitioner furnishing receipt of the remaining amount by the workman, the Registry shall release the remaining deposited amount lying with it, alongwith the interest accrued thereupon, to the petitioner. By way of the present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks to bring on record the Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2026, arrived before Samadhan , Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, Sher Shah Road, New Delhi .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide the aforesaid Agreement, in terms of Clause 7(a), the petitioner (First Party) has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,75,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims arising out of the Award dated 29.05.2018 and the claim of gratuity for which, the workman (Second Party) has instituted the proceedings before the Controlling Authority.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in terms of the last order, a sum of Rs.87,000/- which was lying with the Registry of this Court,
