“A. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other Writ directing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue Police Clearance Certificate in favour of the Petitioners for renewal of their passports bearing nos. N9377600 & N9376875, which are valid until 29/06/2026 and directing the Respondent No.1 to renew the passport of the Petitioners.”

The learned CGSC appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the petitioners' passport application has been processed in accordance with law. It is further submitted that the relevant e-mail has already been placed on record, a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners, and the passport has since been issued.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petitions.

Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
