Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for the following reliefs:

“a) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside and quashing Order-In-Original No. 1718/004653/20.06.2024/WH/202425 dated 05.07.2024 and Order-In-Appeal No. CC(A)/CUS/DI/AIRPORT/804/2025-26 dated 31.07.2025, to the extent they impose redemption fine and penalty upon the Petitioner;

b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent to forthwith permit re-export of the detained personal jewellery of the Petitioner without insisting upon payment of any redemption fine or penalty;

c) Issue further directions that the storage charges levied by Central Warehousing Corporation may not be levied upon the petitioner or said charges may be borne by the respondent office”
