This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :-

“a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent University to decide the appeals of the Petitioners in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct i.e. before the Vice Chancellor of the Respondent University, within 5 days; AND

b. Declare that the committee constituted by the Respondent University vide communication dated 15.04.2026 is ultra vires the Student Code of Conduct and without jurisdiction;…”
