This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“i. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the Respondent dis-affiliating the Petitioner school; and/or

ii. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof to set aside the Show Cause Notice dated 18.09.2025 passed by the Respondent; and/or

iii. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature thereof setting aside the Inspection Report dated 31.07.2025 passed by the Respondent dis- affiliating the Petitioner school,

I. That the petitioner shall make a representation to the respondent raising all the contentions with necessary documents within 1 week from today.

II. The petitioner shall be afforded a personal hearing by the respondent.

¶19

III. An order in accordance with law shall be passed in response to the said representation within four weeks from the date of making the representation.

This Court has not examined the merits of the controversy.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, along with pending applications, if any.
