This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“(a) Allow the instant Writ Petition: AND

¶10

(b)Kindly issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction for quashing the notice dated 09.04.2026 issued by respondent no. 2/DDA.

(c)Kindly issue writ of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 4 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners under section 185 of DLR Act vide case no. 283/DC/North/2014 titled as “Sona Devi Vs Gaon Sabha Bankner” and further directed to RA/SDM (Narela) to decide the proceeding under section 86 of DLR Act pending before RA/SDM in accordance with law.

(d)Kindly Restrain the Respondent no. 2/DDA, from disturbing, dispossessing, or interfering with the Petitioners’ peaceful cultivatory possession of the land bearing Khasra Nos. 37//25 (1-0) & 37//28 (0-4) (5 biswa land each) situated in the village Bankner Delhi.”
