This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“(a) quashing of Impugned Minutes Of 424^th Meeting Of WRC Held On 20^th To 23^rd May 2025 i.e., Respondent No. 2, thereby, withdrawing recognition of the Petitioner Institution for running the D.El.Ed. course;

(b) direct the respondent no.2 to issue restoration of recognition order to the petitioner institution, thereby restoring its recognition with all consequential benefits of being a recognized institution; in

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs No. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26.
