1. This writ petition, at the instance of certain parties who were impleaded in OA 2192/2015, challenge an order passed by the Tribunal as far back as on 16 June 2015.

2. The only explanation provided in the writ petition for moving this petition at such a belated stage is that the petitioners were impleaded as parties in the OA only in 2026.

3. Mr. Vinayak Goel, learned Counsel for the petitioners, acknowledges the fact that the petitioners have moved MA 77/2026 before the Tribunal, seeking vacation of the order dated 16 June 2015.

We are informed that the said application is listed before the Tribunal on 20 April 2026.

4. We direct the respondents positively to file a reply to the said application within one week from today with advance copy to learned Counsel for the petitioners who may file rejoinder thereto before the Tribunal within a week thereof.
