The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to initiate action against unauthorised construction carried out by the respondent no.4 in the property bearing Property L Type, In Front Of P. No. C-122 At Khasra No. 780, Near Samosa Chowk, Madanpur Khadar Extn New Delhi-110076 (hereinafter ‘subject property’). 2. Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD on instructions, submits that a demolition order in respect of the unauthorized construction in the subject property has been passed on 5^th January, 2026. Subsequently, demolition action was carried out on 11^th March, 2026. He submits that the respondent no.1/MCD shall take further action as may be required in accordance with law.
