Pursuant to previous order dated 10^th March 2026, Mr. Shubham Singh , Advocate, appears for respondent no.2/ M/s Manastu Space Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and states that he has perused the proposed terms of settlement between the petitioner and respondent no.1 and has no objection that the Revision Petition 31/2025 and civil suit No.4337/2024 be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

Ms. Ujjaini Chatterji/ Respondent is present in Court, Ms. Rainy Sharma is also present through VC and are duly identified by counsels.

Terms of the settlement are as under:
