This writ petition is in furtherance of W.P.(C) 17995/2025, filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for disposal of his representation pending before the Standing Screening Committee.

The earlier writ petition, being W.P.(C) 17995/2025, was decided on 27.11.2025. Till date, the decision has not been taken by the Standing Screening Committee.

The petitioner has filed a contempt petition alleging non-compliance of that order.
