The learned counsel for respondent-Union of India (UOI) was, therefore, directed to take instructions. Mr. Bhagwan Swarup Shukla, learned CGSC for respondent- UOI submits that the impugned order be set

Since the petitioner had already agreed for said arrangement, therefore, the Court deems it appropriate to set aside the impugned order. Liberty is, however, granted to the respondent to carry out the inspection by Joint Inspection Team. Let the petitioner to cooperate with the same.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
