c) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to extend the benefit of Technical Pay of Rs 3600/- for all Aviation Cadre Enrolled Persons of (Navik to Pradhan Adhikari (AE/AL/AR) Branch as per the recommendation dated 30.08.2016.
d) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon9ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case in the interest of the Petitioner.
e) Allow the petition of the petitioners with costs.=
