The present petition has been filed assailing the order dated 10.01.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, vide which the OA filed by the Respondent was disposed of with directions to the Petitioners to consider the cause of the Respondent herein in light of the relevant recruitment rules or amended rules.

The operative part of the directions contained in Para 8 of the impugned order are extracted as under: -

“8. Since, the OA has been dismissed and the Recruitment Rules for the post of Chargeman are on record., it would be incorrect to suggest that the Recruitment Rules were not in place on 09.01.2006. Accordingly, the OA is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the cause of the applicant in light of the Recruitment Rules dated 09.01.2006 or amended rules, if any, after 09.01.2006. The exercise would be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. We are informed that the applicant has since

It is evident that the Court has merely directed the Petitioners to consider the case of the Respondent herein in light of the recruitment rules dated 09.01.2006 or the amended rules.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioners has failed to draw the attention of the Court to any error in the aforesaid directions.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
