On the issue of maintainability of the Revision Petition in this matter, petitioner’s counsel is unable to assist. He simply states that the impugned order dated 19^th December 2025 passed by the Executing Court has directed the bailiff not to execute the warrants of possession against the revisionist who is a tenant in the suit property till 05^th January 2026.

The same was extended on 02^nd January 2026 by the Vacation Bench of this Court and listed today.

However, he states on instructions that the revisionist is a 74 years old person, who has been living on the property since 1995 as a tenant of the Judgment Debtor/ respondent no.4 (who is represented by Mr. Anil Tejan , Advocate), and undertakes to vacate the said property on or before 15^th March 2026. Considering the undertaking before the Court, other aspects of the matter are not being addressed.
