This application has been filed with the following prayers: -

a) Modification of the order dated 20.01.2026 to the effect that the Petitioner’s joining pursuant to the impugned transfer order dated 29.10.2025 shall be governed by Summer Change Transfer (SCT)– 2026, and the same would be considered as being done under SCT2026 only;

b) Extend the time granted to the Petitioner to join the place of posting at 124 Battalion, Tripura by a months’ time along with mandatory/statutory joining time from 01.04.2026 onwards, in view of the fact that she is required to undergo a mandatory Young Officers Course for a period of six weeks from 12.02.2026 to 28.03.2026 at Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.

c) Modify the order dated 20.01.2026 to the limited extent to specify

that the Respondents shall decide the Petitioner’s representation/complaint dated 02.08.2022 within a period of eight

In effect, the petitioner has made two submissions; that the order passed by this Court on 20.01.2026 to enable the petitioner join the place of posting on or before 01.04.2026 be modified by granting further time of 15 days.

The second submission is with respect of paragraph 5 of the order, which records the submission made by the counsel for respondent no. 3 that the representation made by the petitioner in respect of prayer (d) of the writ petition shall be considered by the respondents and decision thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner, no specific time period has been given.

In so far as the first submission is concerned, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that petitioner shall be relieved on or before 01.04.2026 by granting 15 days of joining time at the place of posting.

The said submission is taken on record.

In so far as the second submission is concerned, we grant 4 weeks’ time to the respondents to decide the representation which is annexed as Annexure P-4 to the petition.
