The Petitioners who claim to be vendors in different areas under the management of the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (hereinafter “ NDMC ”) have approached this Court seeking permission to participate in the survey of street vendors.

It is stated that the Petitioners have been vending at their respective sites for several years and reliance is placed on various challans for the same. The details of the respective vending sites as per the Petitioners are as under:

If in future a fresh survey takes place, the Petitioners are free to participate in the same in accordance with law.

It is made clear that this Court has not checked the credibility or genuinity of the claims of the said Petitioners.
