The survey in the Sarojini Nagar Market area has already taken place in the months of June-July of 2025 and the last date for filing the representation for the same was 31^st July, 2025. The review period for the said survey was in August-September, 2025. However, the said period is also over now.

The prayer in this petition is that the Petitioner had participated in the said survey and had also made a representation on 18^th July, 2025. The case of the Petitioner is that after documents have been submitted, the digital survey has not yet taken place and the Petitioner is not sure if the Petitioner’s name is being included in the survey or not.

The representation which had been filed is dated 18^th July, 2025, in original, has been shown to the Court. Considering that the Petitioner’s case is that he had participated in the survey and has submitted the documents and his representation which dated 18^th July, 2025, the Court is inclined to permit the Petitioner’s case to be considered by the Respondent in accordance with law.

If any digital verification is to be done, let the same be done and a decision in resepct of the Petitioner be taken by the Town Vending Committee in accordance with law.
