In the said status report, it has been stated that after following due process of law, a demolition order has been passed on 29^th December, 2025. Aggrieved by the said demolition order, the owner/occupier of the subject property has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD), wherein an interim stay has been granted in favour of the owner/occupier of the subject property.

Taking note of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-MCD to take appropriate action based on the outcome of the appeal filed by the ATMCD.
