The petitioners have filed Appeal No.113/2019 before the learned Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as “DRAT”). However, it is submitted that the appeal has remained pending since 2019.

The petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they had filed a praecipe for urgent listing of the case but the same is not being heard by the learned DRAT on urgent basis.
