“1. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that an order has been passed in compliance with the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as „Tribunal‟] on 07.04.2025. He seeks and is granted some time to produce the same.
2. A perusal of the order passed by the Tribunal shows that the services of the late husband of the Respondent, while he was seriously ill, were terminated on 05.08.2004. Subsequently, he expired on 28.01.2009.
3. The Tribunal has ordered the payment of compassionate allowance to the widow under Rule 41 of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972.
4. List for final disposal on 17.03.2026 in the Supplementary List.”
