Vide order dated 6^th October, 2025, the Petitioner was directed to place on record the copy of the award, which is the basis for seeking the compensation. Moreover, even the order dated 23rd December, 2025 records that the same has not been placed on record.

The matter is listed today for dismissal.

None appears for the Petitioner. A copy of the award has also not been filed by the Petitioner till date.
