The instant petition was filed in the year 2019, raising the grievance qua minutes of meeting dated 26.11.2019. The petitioner was aggrieved by direction No.2 of the said minutes of the meeting.

It has been pointed out that except few instances in the year 2019, the respondents have not taken any action pursuant to those minutes of meeting. The Court vide order dated 24.12.2019 has stayed the operation of the

minutes of meeting dated 26.11.2019. It is, thus, seen that decision taken in the year 2019 has not been implemented till date.

In view of the lapse of sufficient time, the Court finds that the instant petition deserves to be disposed of, while setting aside the minutes of the meeting dated 26.11.2019 qua direction no. 2.

However, the liberty is granted to the respondent, to take fresh decision, if so necessitated.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of. Pending applications also stands disposed of. All rights and contentions are left open.
