This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“(A). Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent i.e., Pharmacy Council of India to issue forthwith to the Petitioner Institution a formal Letter of Permanent Approval under Section 12(1) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, with QR-Code, in respect of its existing D. Pharm Course with the duly approved intake of 60 seats, in terms of and in faithful compliance with the judgment dated 29.05.2026 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court in LPA No.

(B). Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent/Pharmacy Council of India not to insist upon submission of the Standard Inspection Format (SIF) and/or payment of PERC as a condition precedent for issuance or continuation of the approval already granted to the Petitioner Institution under Section 12(1) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, in view of the law declared by the Hon’ble Division Bench in its judgment dated 29.05.2026 in LPA No. 614/2024;

(C). Direct the Respondent/Pharmacy Council of India to update its official records and website to reflect the Petitioner Institution as an institution duly approved under Section 12(1) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948, with an approved intake of 60 seats for the D. Pharm Course, and to issue the corresponding Permanent Approval Letter with QR-Code, within a time-bound period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

(D). A Civil Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in nature of direction to Respondent to update the website and reflect the status of the petitioner institution as an approved institution. …”
