On the same lines as the present writ petition, a writ petition was preferred by the petitioner before the Hon’ble High Court of Tripura, Agartala, being W.P.(C) 596/2019 and the same came to be dismissed by the said Court, vide the judgment and order dated 17^th September,2021.

Since the prayer as sought in the present petition and that of the petition filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Tripura are similar in nature, and the fact that the dismissal of the said writ petition is not disclosed in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the latter, made
