“a. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writ setting aside the Order dated 06.05.2026 passed by the Ld. Divisional Commissioner (Appellate Authority) in Appeal no. 1368/2026 titled as "Bindu & Ors. v. Ram Saran & Ors.,;" or

b. Issue an appropriate writ or direction for expeditious disposal of Appeal No. 1368/2026 titled as "Bindu & Ors. v. Ram Saran & Ors," in time bound manner, and/or.”
