“a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to assess, apportion, and disburse the Tower Base and Right of Way (RoW) Corridor compensation to the Petitioners, based on their actual physical possession and the actual localized damage sustained upon the land of his possession falling in Khasra Nos. 49//17 and 49//7/2, Village Auchandi, New Delhi

b) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ to quash the arbitrary administrative proceedings/notices of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 aiming to distribute the said compensation mechanically among all cosharers of joint Khata No. 50 without conducting a physical demarcation/spot verification;”

Issue notice. The learned counsels accept notice on behalf of respondents.

After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and in view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents are directed to decide the same, within a period of eight weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

In above terms, the present petition along with pending applications stands disposed of.

In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by way of a fresh writ petition.
