This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:-

“a). Pass a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order appropriate in the circumstances of the case be issued, directing the respondents, especially Respondent No.2 to 6 banks to forthwith defreeze the following bank account of the petitioners : -

i) A/c No. 1401019716611520 with Uttkarsh Small Finance Bank i.e. Respondent No.2;

ii) A/c No.7645729044 with Kotak Mahindra Bank i.e. Respondent No.3;

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice.

Ms. Gaur, learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 1. She seeks and is granted time to file a reply before the next date of hearing.

Issue notice to the other respondents through all modes including electronic as well as Dasti process on the petitioner taking steps within 1 week from today, returnable on 15.09.2026.
