any, undertaken by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2; and
b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to reopen and reconsider the complaints and representations submitted by the Petitioner, including the complaints bearing Ticket Nos. NABH-6693-010426 and NABH- 7123-030426, and to conduct a fair, independent, transparent and time- bound inquiry into the allegations raised therein; and
c) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to conduct, through an independent and duly authorised assessment team, a physical inspection and verification of the entire operational premises of Respondent No. 5, including all floors, wings, extensions, adjoining plots and patient-care areas being used by the hospital, and to verify whether the same fall within the sanctioned building plan, valid Fire Safety NOC, approved scope of accreditation and other applicable statutory permissions; and
d) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to place before this Hon'ble Court the complete records relating to the grant, continuation, surveillance, reassessment and renewal of NABH accreditation granted to Respondent No. 5, including the accreditation application, statutory documents submitted by the hospital, assessment reports, assessor observations, non-conformity reports, corrective-action reports, surveillance records, complaint proceedings and the reasons recorded for closure of the Petitioner's complaints; and
e) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, upon completion of the aforesaid inquiry and verification, to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 5 to 8, regarding the continuation, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of the NABH accreditation granted to Respondent No. 5, strictly in accordance with the applicable NABH standards, policies and law; and
f) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to suspend, restrict or withdraw the accreditation of Respondent No. 5, in accordance with law, in the event the inquiry establishes that any portion of the hospital is being operated without a sanctioned building plan, valid Fire Safety NOC, requisite statutory permissions or outside the scope of the premises actually assessed and accredited; and
g) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing Respondent No. 4- National Health Authority to independently verify whether Respondent No. 5 continues to satisfy the eligibility, quality, safety and statutory-compliance requirements applicable to hospitals empanelled under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and, thereafter, take an appropriate reasoned decision regarding its continued empanelment and
