In the facts and circumstances, we dispose of the present OA with a direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to revisit the impugned orders and consider the applicant's aforesaid pending representation dated 06.06.2016 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order keeping in view the provisions of Rule 12 of Delhi Police (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1980 and the judgment of this Tribunal in Sukhdev Singh (supra) as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks of receipt of a copy of this order.”
