Now, in view of Letter of Request dated 30.12.2024, the report of the learned Local Commissioner with appended documents has to be transmitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. To this effect following directions are being issued: -

a. The Registrar General, High Court of Delhi, shall within a period of seven (7) days, in terms of Paragraph no. 4 of the Letter of Request dated 30.12.2024, transmit the electronic copy of the complete report of the Local Commissioner from his official e-mail address to Mr. Kenneth W Taber, who is appointed as the confidential courier under the Letter of Request.
