2. Mr. Abhay Anand Jena, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that he shall take instructions from the promoters of the company and requests for time in that regard.
3. If the appellant company has already discontinued the use of the mark and trade name ‘KRRISH’, and Mr. Abhay Anand Jena, Advocate, takes instructions in that regard, then the present appeal can be disposed of, accordingly.
