The present Appeal, filed under Section 13(1A) of the Commercial Court Act, 2015, challenges the Judgment dated 02.05.2024 [“ Impugned Judgment ”], passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial) - 01, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Suit (Comm.) 2885/2021 titled as “ ICICI Bank Ltd. v. Rajeev Kumar &Anr. ”. By way of the Impugned Judgment, the learned District Judge passed judgment in favour of the Respondent No. l for recovery of Rs. 6,39,878/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Thirty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight only).

Hence, in view of submissions made by learned counsel for the Appellant, the present Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn while directing the Worthy Registrar General of this Court to release the amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- to the Appellant, subject to due verification.
