This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeking correction of a typographical error in paragraph 8.1(iii) of the order dated 08.08.2023.

2.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioners accepts Notice and submits that he does not wish to file a Reply.

Accordingly, paragraph 8.1(iii) of the order dated 08.08.2023 shall be corrected to read as follows:

“(iii) The use and occupation charges, for the period from 01.04.2022 to 31.08.2023 shall be paid by the Petitioners/tenants at the rate of Rs. 20,000/- per month;”

The Application is disposed of accordingly.

The order for payment is being passed with the consent of the parties.
