(COMM.) 272/2025) seeking enforcement of an arbitral Award dated 15.07.2016 under which the judgment-debtor, Prem Lata Chauhan, was required to execute the sale deed of Property No. B-10, Block-11, Pusa Road, New Delhi measuring 2200 square yards in favour of decree-holder Satinder Singh Chhabra.
