Ms. Ahlawat, learned standing counsel for the petitioner, states that the arbitration proceedings are at the final stage and only the Award needs to be passed.

Ms. Khaanna, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that she has no objection to the petition being allowed.
