The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘Act of 1996’) seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a consortium agreement dated 07.05.2015.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal was extended with the consent of the parties by a Coordinate Bench in OMP MISC (COMM) No.578 of 2024 until 31.05.2025.
