On the basis of the Settlement Agreement executed between the parties on 19.02.2021, the marriage between the parties was dissolved and it was agreed between the parties that the Respondent (Father of two children of the parties) would bear the educational expenses of the two children. The elder son of the parties, namely Mr. Akshat Chadha, is now of 27 years of age and is stated to have completed his education, whereas the younger son, namely Mr. Shiv Chadha, is of 20 years of age and is stated to be studying at University of San Francisco, California, United States.

During the course of the arguments, learned counsel representing the parties, on instructions, submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Learned counsel submit that it is agreed between the parties that the Respondent-father will pay the tuition fee and other expenses, including accommodation of Mr. Shiv Chadha at the rate of Rs.2,00,000/- per month. The Respondent is also stated to have already paid Rs.22,81,000/-. It is further submitted that it is also agreed between the parties that the remaining amount of Rs.37,19,000/- will be paid by the Respondent-father to Mr. Shiv Chadha within a period of eight weeks.

It is also agreed between the parties that the Respondent-father will continue to pay to Mr. Shiv Chadha a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- per month till he completes his education, which is likely to be completed within next six to eighteen months. 5. Learned counsel representing the parties submit that the aforestated payment is being made without prejudice to the rights of both parties under the Settlement Agreement. 6. Learned counsel representing the Respondent submits that without prejudice, that no future expenditure shall be foisted upon the Respondent-father without his consent as a fait accompli .

With these observations, the present Appeal is disposed of. The pending application stands closed.
