By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:

“a) Issue an appropriate order direction or Writ including a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Examination Reports dated 27.01.2025, 07.02.2025 and 10.02.2025 filed as Documents No.7, 8 and 9 respectively and the consequent impugned orders dated 27.01.2025, 07.02.2025 and 10.02.2025 passed by the Registrar in trademark applications under Nos. 6742246, 6845025 and 6845771 all in class 6 and filed as Documents No. 12, 13 and 14; and/or

b) Issue an appropriate order-direction or Writ including a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Registrar to conduct a de novo examination of the trade mark applications under No. 6742246,6845025 and 6845771 all in class 6 and to cite therein as an objection the Petitioners prior and earlier trade mark registration/applications mentioned in Para 18 and Document No.2 above to this Petition.
