The present application has been filed by the Respondent No.1 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking correction of facts in the Judgment dated 08.09.2025 passed in FAO (OS) 63/2025.

The Appeal was allowed by this Court, after visiting the disputed property with the consent and in the presence of the learned counsel representing the parties.

Now, this application has been filed seeking clarification on the ground that the Respondent No.1 resides in U.S.A. and was not present, whereas this Court has observed that the parties were present.

The observations made in the Judgment are on the basis of the events which took place at the site. Hence, there is no requirement for clarification.

The present application is accordingly dismissed.
