Delhi High Court (Amit Bansal, J.), by order dated 06.08.2025 in CS(OS) 866/2023 (Annu Durga v. Col. Anil Passi), allowed I.A. 19004/2025 under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC seeking recording of a Compromise/Settlement Agreement dated 24th July, 2025 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The application was supported by affidavits of both parties and the Settlement Agreement bore their signatures. The present application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter ‘CPC’) for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of the Compromise/ Settlement Agreement dated 24^th July, 2025 (hereinafter ‘Settlement Agreement’).

The present application is supported by affidavits of both the parties.

The Settlement Agreement has also been placed on record which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant.
