Counsels for the parties inform that matter has been settled vide settlement agreement dated 28^th February 2025, arrived at with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre (‘ DHCMCC ’). The said agreement is on record of this Court.

Plaintiff no.1 and 3 and defendant no.1 are present before the Court along with their respective counsels. Plaintiff no.2 is based in the U.K. and has executed an SPA, in favour of plaintiff no.1, which has been noted in the settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement has been signed by the concerned parties and counter signed by their respective counsels.

Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same to be lawful and acceptable.

Counsel for plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the present suit in light of settlement arrived at, between the parties.
