The instant petition is directed against order dated 16^th July, 2018 passed in proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973¹ .

Parties state that they have now resolved their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Settlement² dated 15^th July, 2025 whereby all their disputes and differences have been settled. Counsel for both the parties confirm that the terms of the MoU have been implemented and all the payments due thereunder have been received by the Petitioner, Saswati Mukherjee.

It is also noted that on 13^th August, 2025 in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 246/2018 , the Division Bench of this Court, took note of the settlement between the parties.
