On the last occasions also i.e., on 6th April, 2022, 6th December, 2022, 21st July, 2023, 15th December, 2023, 22nd April, 2024 and 9th September, 2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter further.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with pending applications, if any.
