By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the petitioner seeks cancellation of demand draft and preparation of new demand draft in name of “ Mr. Rajiv Sharma ” in lieu of “ Mr. Rajeev Sharma ”.

For the reasons stated, as also considering the statutory documents being Aadhar Card, Pan Card and blank cheque accompanied with the present application, and since the present petition has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025, the issuance of notice to the other side is dispensed with and the present application is allowed.
