The present criminal revision petition assails impugned order dated 19^th July, 2019 whereby the Trial Court has fixed interim maintenance under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

On 18^th November, 2019, it was noted as follows:

“It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner no. l, that as of how he is not challenging the impugned order dated 1.10.2018, however, he states that petitioner no. l is interested to live with the respondent. He further submits that the respondent be summoned and the matter be sent to mediation.

In view of this, let court notice be issued to respondent, returnable on 11.12.2019.”

From the above, it was clear that notice was issued only for the purpose of exploring the possibility of amicable resolution.

Subsequently, on 04^th November, 2022, parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore possibility of

amicable resolution. The said mediation however failed as has been noted in order dated 15^th December, 2023.

In light of the foregoing orders and the development in the case, in the opinion of the Court, the present proceedings deserve to be closed.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed along with pending application.
