- The present petition is filed against the order dated 27.02.2025 (hereafter ‘ impugned order ’) passed by the learned Family Court, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Execution Petition No. 22/2021 thereby issuing non-bailable warrants against the petitioner.
- The impugned order was passed in the execution proceedings filed by the respondent for execution of the interim maintenance order dated 25.07.2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of ₹11,000/- per month as an ad-interim maintenance.
- Concededly, certain amount has been paid by the petitioner.
